1. Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.

2. FAA approved Airplane Flight Manual Supplement HP-CD55AFM dated January 19, 2000, HP-E55AFM dated January 20, 2000, or HP-558AFM dated January 24, 2000, or later FAA approved revision is required.

3. Installation limited to aircraft equipped with Teledyne Continental IO-520-C or -CB engines.

4. Propellers must be installed as a set.

5. This modification did not increase the noise level and was not considered an acoustical change as defined in Title 14 Code of Federal Regulations § 21.93(b).

6. Flight into known icing conditions is prohibited.

7. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
