1. Removal of landing gear and installation of seaplane conversion (EDO Model 679-4930 floats) according to JOBMASTER Report No. JP-100-73, JOBMASTER Drawing No. JP-100 (Fairchild Report RPC6-8, Revision C, Sheets 1 thru 6, and supporting drawings).

2. STCs SA273EA, SA368EA, SA545A and SA614EA are part of this certificate, as applicable.

1. This modification requires JOBMASTER FAA Approved Flight Manual Supplement dated December 20, 1973.

2. The approval of this change in type design applies basically to the above model aircraft which have any one of the following FAA Approved installations described in SA273EA (12/8/65), SA368EA (8/30/68), SA545A (12/1/67) and SA614EA (7/17/70).

3. A copy of this certificate and STCs SA273EA, SA368EA, SA545A and SA614EA shall be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.

4. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

5. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.
