Installation of either of the following Woodward electronic synchronizer systems kits:

Kit P/N 213521 installed per Woodward Bulletin 33082 dated 1/20/1971 or later FAA approved revision.

Kit P/N 213517 installed per Woodward Bulletin 33106 dated 7/24/1972 or later FAA approved revision.

1. Compatibility of this design change with previous modifications must be determined by the installer.

2. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
