This modification also includes the installation of Cleveland model 40-75D wheels and Model 30-52D brakes.

Limitations and Conditions: Data pertaining to this modification are considered inadequate for duplication in other aircraft. This approval is limited to the installation in Piper PA-18-150, Serial Number 18-7809056 only. This approval is intended for installation in the above model with the Light Plane Components Alaskan Gear legs in accordance with STC SA17RM. A copy of this Certificate shall be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.
