This STC represents an alternate means of compliance with FAA Airworthiness Directive AD 97-05-03 issued 2-19-97. Installation must be specifically approved by FAA for each aircraft.

2. Compatibility of this modification with other previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.

3. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
