Install Garrett TPE331-6 engine and Hartzell HC-B3TN-5/T10282+4 propeller (105 to 106 inch diameter) in accordance with S & R Aircraft Master Drawing List No. 8164-001, Rev. N, dated November 7, 1993, or later FAA approved revision.

Compatibility with previously installed equipment must be determined by installer. This STC applies only to G-164A and G-164B airplanes with all the following STCs: SA7966SW (Garrett TPE331-1 turboprop), SA3645SW (Fat Cat), SA2226CE (tall tail), SA5923SW (tail), and SA2273CE (wing extension for A Model only).

Flight Manual Supplement dated 11/10/93 or later FAA approved revision is required for airplane Serial No. 243B.

Each Schweizer "Fat Cat" Serial No. airplane and Garrett TPE331-6 Serial No. engine combination requires a new torque calibration curve to be included in a separate FAA Approved Flight Manual Supplement. The calibration curve for torque sensor oil pressure versus actual propeller shaft output torque must be accomplished with a Lebow torque indicator.
