Description of Type Design hange:

Installation of a Shadin Company Fuel Flow Indicating System in accordance with Shadin Company Report Number 4071, dated August 20, 1984 or other FAA approved revision.

Limitations and Conditions: FAA approved Flight Manual Suppplement dated February 26, 1985 or subsequent FAA approved revision is required. This approval should not be extended to other airplanes of this model that incorporate any other previously approved modification, unless it is determined that the interrelationship between this change and any other previously approved modification will introduce no adverse effect on the airworthiness of these airplanes.

If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
