Description of the Type Design Change: Removal of hopper cover and installation of Lexan skylight and side windows per Flanagan Aircraft Drawing List Number 3 with a Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) approval date of July 15, 1975 or later.

Limitations and Conditions: This approval should not be extended to other specific aircraft of this model on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated, unless it is determined that the interrelationship between this change and any of those other previously approved modifications will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that aircraft. Parts manufactured under this supplemental type certificate may have been produced without an FAA-approved quality control procedure. Prior to installation, such parts must be inspected for conformity and airworthiness in accordance with Federal Aviation Regulations 21 and 43.

If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
