1. FAA Approved STOL-Craft Drawing List No. 1, dated May 7, 1973, or later FAA approved revision.

1. Compatibility of this design with previously approved modification must be determined by the installer.

2. Seaplanes must be equipped with EDO 88A-1650 floats.

3. Delete all references to intentional spins from the utility category placard, and adjacent to it add a new placard which reads: "INTENTIONAL SPINS PROHIBITED."
