2. Lake Aircraft Airplane Flight Manual Supplement LA-1, Rev. A, for LA-4-200 and Model 250 aircraft equipped with Symbolic Displays FT-101 or Alcor Tru-Flo installed in accordance with Lake Drawing No. 100, Rev. B, or later FAA approved revision is required and must be carried in the aircraft.

3. This approval should not be extended to other aircraft of this model on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated, unless it is determined that the interrelationship between this change and any of those other previously approved modifications will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of those aircraft. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
