Installation of long range auxiliary fuel (body fuel) tanks and transfer system (4080 gallons total) in the forward and aft fuselage cargo bays, in accordance with PATS, Inc. Master Drawing List No. 800-1-000 Rev. C dated September 13, 1991. Fuel Tanks were manufactured by Precise Metal Products, Inc. in Phoenix, Arizona.

1. PATS, Inc. Airplane Flight Manual Supplement No. 1, FAA approved January 28, 1992, is required with this installation.

2. An Auxiliary Power Unit installed in the aft cargo compartment per Supplemental Type Certificate SA4225WE as amended April 1, 1991 in accordance with World Auxiliary Power Company, Inc. Master Drawing List 498000-111, Rev. X dated April 1, 1991, including an

3. Descriptive data pertaining to this design change are considered inadequate for duplication in other products. This approval is limited to only the installation made in Douglas, DC-8-62, Serial Number 46071.

4. Auxiliary Fuel Tanks are life limited to 5 years time in service.

5. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

6. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
