Part 31 of the Federal Aviation Regulations. (See Type Certificate Data Sheet No. B3GL for complete certification basis)

Replace the Cameron Balloons US Basket/Burner system and fuel tanks with the Aerostar International Basket Model CW (P/N 13860), the Aerostar International Burner Model H.P III Dual (P/N 52350), and the Aerostar International fuel tank model H-20 (P/N 07752). The Aerostar Basket/Burner is installed via standard Cameron Balloons US snaplinks (carabiners) and Cameron Blocks (P/N 050).

1. FAA Approved Balloon Flight Manual Supplement dated December 18, 2006, is required. 2. This modified balloon is to be maintained in accordance with the latest revision of the Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA) from Cameron Balloons US (Envelope) and Aerostar International (Basket, Burner, Fuel Tanks). 3. Descriptive data pertaining to this design change are considered inadequate for duplication in other products. This approval is limited to only the installation made in Cameron Balloons US Model N-77, Serial No. 6475. This STC does not permit manufacturing of parts for multiple installations
