Basket Model C-8, S/N C22; UltraMagic S.A. Burner Model MK-21, S/Ns 158, 159, 160. Replace the Lindstrand Balloons Ltd fuel tanks with the UltraMagic S.A. type M-30 fuel tanks, S/Ns 302 and 308 and type M-40 fuel tanks, S/Ns 18 and 19. The UltraMagic S.A. Basket/Burner is installed via the standard Lindstrand Balloons Ltd carabiner (snaplink) attachments. 1. FAA Approved Balloon Flight Manual Supplement dated December 28, 2009, is required. 2. Maximum Gross Weight is limited to 3,956 lbs. 3. This modified balloon is to be maintained in accordance with the latest revision of the Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA) from Lindstrand Balloons Ltd (Envelope) and UltraMagic, S.A. (Basket, Burner, Fuel Tanks). 4. Descriptive data pertaining to this design change are considered inadequate for duplication in other products. This approval is limited to only the installation made in Lindstrand Balloons Ltd Model 240A, Serial No. 053.
