Description of Type Design Change: Alteration to the hot air balloon turning vents and an alternate rigging of the deflated parachute in accordance with Sundance Balloons Ltd. Document 073009-2 dated May 15, 2007 or later TCCA approved revisions.

1. Maintenance must be in accordance with Firefly Balloons Maintenance and Repair Manual for Hot Balloons, Revision N dated July, 2009.

2. Operations must be in accordance with Sundance Balloons Ltd. Balloon Flight Manual Supplement No. 073009- 2FMS, TCCA approved May 12, 2011.

3. Descriptive data pertaining to this design are considered inadequate for duplication in other products. This approval is limited to only the installation made on Sundance Balloons (US) Firefly 12B S/N F12B-006.
