Description of Type Design Change: Replace the Balony Kubicek Basket/Burner system with the UltraMagic S.A. Basket Model C-8, S/N 17; UltraMagic S.A. Burner Model MK-21, S/Ns 56, 57, and 58. Replace the Balony Kubicek fuel tanks with the UltraMagic S.A. type M-40D fuel tanks, S/Ns 20010176, 20010175, and 20010174, and Cameron Model V30, S/N CB426D. The UltraMagic S.A. Basket/Burner is installed via the standard Balony Kubicek carabiner (snaplink) attachments.

1. FAA Approved Balloon Flight Manual Supplement dated February 22, 2012, is required. 2. This modified balloon is to be maintained in accordance with the latest revision of the Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA) from Balony Kubicek (Envelope) and UltraMagic, S.A. (Basket, Burner, Fuel Tanks). 3. Descriptive data pertaining to this design change are considered inadequate for duplication in other products. This approval is limited to only the installation made in Balony Kubicek Model 70Z, Serial No. 906.
