Description of Type Design Change: Replace the Balony Kubicek Basket/Burner system with the Cameron Balloons Basket Model, P/N CB301A-3, S/N 632; Cameron Balloons Burner P/N CB392A, S/N 795-801. Replace the Balony Kubicek fuel tanks with the Cameron Balloons P/N CB250-A fuel tanks, S/Ns 37279J, 37332J, 37292J, and 36964J. The Cameron Balloons Basket/Burner is installed in the same ,ammer as the Balony Kubicek Basket/Burner.

1. FAA Approved Balloon Flight Manual Supplement dated July 2, 2014, is required. 2. This modified balloon is to be maintained in accordance with the latest revision of the Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA) from Balony Kubicek (Envelope), and Cameron Balloons (Basket, Burner, and Fuel Tanks). 3. You cannot use descriptive data about this design change to duplicate other products. This approval is limited to only the installation made in Balony Kubicek Model BB22E, Serial No. 1088. This STC does not permit manufacturing of parts for multiple installations.
