Description of Type Design Change: Replace the Lindstrand Balloons Ltd Basket with the Lindstrand Balloons Ltd Basket, Part Number BA-003-A-007 with wheelchair side-door accessibility, S/N BA969. The Lindstrand Balloons Ltd Wheelchair Basket is installed in the same manner as the existing Lindstrand Balloons Ltd Basket.

1. The appropriate FAA Approved Balloon Flight Manual Supplement dated July 2, 2014, is required. 2. You cannot use descriptive data about this design change to duplicate other products. This approval is limited to only the installation made in Lindstrand Balloons Ltd Model 120A, Serial No. 5376. This STC does not permit manufacturing of parts for multiple installations.
