Replace the Lindstrand Balloons fabric with Head Balloons Inc. 1.9 oz fabric (with either polyurethane or silicone coating) for repairs.

1. After fabric replacement, the envelope must be weighed and the weight recorded in the aircraft records. 2. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications. 3. A copy of this Certificate and FAA Approved Model List (AML) No. SB03468CH, issued June 10, 2015, or later FAA approved revision, must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft. 4. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
