Description of Type Design Change: Replace the existing fuel tanks with Ultramagic Model M-40D, S/Ns UM4-1074 and UM4-1075. The Ultramagic fuel tanks are to be installed in accordance with the FAA Approved Balloon Flight Manual Supplement data August 30, 2016.

1. FAA Approved Balloon Flight Manual Supplement dated August 30, 2016, is required. 2. This modified balloon is to be maintained in accordance with the latest revision of the Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA) from Balony Kubicek (Envelope, Basket, Burner) and Ultramagic (Fuel Tanks). 3. You cannot use descriptive data about this design change to duplicate other products. This approval is limited to only the installation made in Balony Kubicek Model BB30XR, Serial No. 1130. This STC does not permit manufacturing of parts for multiple installations.
