Description of Type Design Change: Replace the Balony Kubicek Basket/Burner system with the Cameron Balloons US Basket Model CB301C-6, S/N 8867; Cameron Balloons US Burner Model CBUS-392, S/N 1429-1434. Replace the Balony Kubicek fuel tanks with the Cameron Balloons US Model CB250 fuel tanks, S/Ns 51671J, 51789J, 51629J, 34818J, 53445J, and 51602J. The Cameron Balloons US Basket/Burner is installed in the same manner as the Balony Kubicek Basket/Burner.

1. FAA Approved Balloon Flight Manual Supplement dated February 7, 2017, is required. 2. This modified balloon is to be maintained in accordance with the latest revision of the Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA) from Balony Kubicek (Envelope), Cameron Balloons US (Basket, Burner, and Fuel Tanks). 3. You cannot use descriptive data about this design change to duplicate other products. This approval is limited to only the installation made in Balony Kubicek Model BB34Z, Serial No. 1296.

This STC does not permit manufacturing of parts for multiple installations.
