Description of Type Design Change: Grind nitrided high compression cylinder barrels to plus 0.010 oversize and install P10 piston, P10 compression rings, and P10 oil rings in accordance with B.J. Custom Aircraft Cylinders, Inc.

Document Numbers BJC-Form #1, BJC-Form #2, BJC-Form #3, and BJC-Form #4, dated April 18, 1996, or later FAA approved revisions.

Limitations and Conditions: Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modification must be determined by the installer. Plus 10 piston and piston rings must be installed in complete engine sets (all cylinders).

If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
