Replace original pressure carburetor with a Precision Airmotive (formerly Bendix) fuel injection system in accordance with Russell Carter Installation Instruction (II) & Instruction for Continued Airworthiness (ICA) for Lycoming GO-480-G1D6 SN L-401-37 Modified by the Installation of a Precision Airmotive RSA-5AD1 Fuel Injector System, Doc. No. E1.00, Rev 4, Dated August 15, 2018, or later FAA approved revision.

1. Descriptive data cannot be used for duplicate installations. This approval is limited to only the installation made on Lycoming Model GO-480-G1D6, Serial Number L-401-37. This STC does not permit manufacturing of parts for multiple installations.

2. Aircraft Helio Courier H295 fuel system modification in accordance with accompanying aircraft STC SA02507AK.

3. A copy of this certificate must be a part of the permanent record of the modified aircraft.

Maintain engine fuel system per Russell Carter Installation Instruction (II) & Instruction for Continued Airworthiness (ICA) for Lycoming GO-480-G1D6 SN L-401-37 Modified by the Installation of a Precision Airmotive RSA-5AD1 Fuel Injector System, Doc. No. E1.00, Rev 4, Dated August 15, 2018, or later FAA accepted revision.

5. The installer must determine the compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications.
