Report 70/72-01. The R-3350-93 compared to the R-3350-91, includes a three planetary impeller drive and other changes to improve durabiiity and increase performance. The R-3350-93 engine is identified by the USAF 'arts Manual T.O. 2R-R3350-54 dated July 1, 1974.

This approval is limited to R-3350-93 rnx1el engines which, if previously overhauled, were overhauled per military manuals listed under Item 5 of Page 4 of the continuation sheet. This approval should rot be extended to any engine on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated, unless it is determined that the interrelationship between this change and any of those other previously approved rnx1ifications will introduce ro adverse effect upon the airworthiness of the engine.
