Description of Type Design Change: PW Thrust Reverser identified by the following assemblies: Pratt & Whitney Part Number 70M001, Notice of Revision D/005 – Fan Thrust Reverser Assembly; Pratt & Whitney Part Number 70M002, Notice of revision B002 – Isolation Valve Assembly; Pratt & Whitney Part Number 70M003, Notice of Revision B/002- Filter Assembly; Pratt & Whitney Part Number 76A008, revision C – Primary Exhaust Nozzle Assembly; Pratt & Whitney Part Number 75A001, Revision E – Tailcone Assembly. These assembly part numbers include the fan thrust reverser, primary nozzle/plug assembly and the hydraulic actuation power drive installation.

If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
