Part 6 of the Civil Air Regulations.

Installation of a modified Lear-Siegler Starter-Generator P/N 23032-010, in accordance with the data contained in Aircraft Parts Corporation Document No. TM102, entitled “Installation Kit 150SG1148, Modify LSI 23032-010 Generator to Incorporate Aircraft Parts Corporation Fan and Damper System,” dated February 13, 1979, revised April 19, 1979.

1. Modification of the Lear-Siegler Starter-Generator must be accomplished by an FAA certified repair station with a Class 2 Accessory Rating as required by FAR 145.31(f)(2) or a Limited Rating for Lear-Siegler Starter-Generator, P/N 23032-010, as required by FAR 145.33(b)(6).

2. The modified Lear-Seigler Starter-Generator P/N 23032-010, is limited to the Bell Helicopter 206A, B, and L with an Allison Model 250-C20/C20B engine.

3. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

4. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.
