Limitations and Conditions: Data pertaining to this modification are considered inadequate for duplication in other helicopters. This approval is limited to the installation in Bell, Model 206B, Serial Number 2052 only. A copy of this Certificate and Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement shall be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified helicopter.
