369, 369A, 369H, 369HM, 369HS, 369HE, 369D, 369E, 369F Description of Type Design Change: Installation of Spectrolab SX-16C Nightsun Searchlight in accordance with FAA Approved Alexair Indentured Drawing Listing Sheet 842-1000, Revision A dated June 7, 1984, or later FAA approved revisions. Alex air Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement to Hughes OH-6A/500/530 Model 369 series helicopters, FAA appr oved on June 12, 1984, or later FAA approved revisions is required as part of this modification.

Limitations and Conditions: Applicable to rotorcraft equipped with Extended Landing Gear, Hughes P/N 369D290006. This approval should not be extended to other ro torcraft of these models on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated, unless it is determined by the installer that the interrelationship between this change and any of those othe r previously approved m odifications will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that rotorcraft. This determination s hould include consideration of significant changes in weight distribution such as an increas e in the fixed disposal weight in the fuse lage. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the hol der shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
