Installation of North American Industries, Inc. Model Five Automatic Flagman on the right rear landing gear in accordance with Weyerhaeuser Company Installation Instructions Dated May 21, 1986.

Limitations and Conditions: Approval of this change in type design applies basically to the above model aircraft only. This approval should not be extended to other incorporated unless it is determined that the interrelationship between this aircraft of this model on which other previously approved modifications are hip bincluding tha change and any of those other previously approved modifications, including changes in type design, will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that aircraft. A copy of this Certificate and Flight Manual Supplement shall be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft
