Installation of a fixed external hoist with a Breeze-Eastern or a Lucas-Western hoist in accordance with Heli-Dyne Systems, Inc., drawing list HD 412-00-0009, Rev. P, dated 9/16/91 or later FAA approved revision.

Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement (RFMS) dated June 6, 1990 or later FAA approved Revision is required with the installation of the Breeze-Easter hoist. RFMS dated August 28, 1992 or later FAA approved is required with the installation of the Lucas-Western hoist. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
