Installation of Rappell System in accordance with Helidyne Drawing HD-412-00-0005, Rev. H dated 2/9/95. Assembly and detail part on HD-412-62-3001 Rev. G dated 9/19/88, or later FAA approved revisions.

Heli-Dyne Rappel System with left/right egress capabilities shall not be installed in conjunction with Heli-Dyne fixed steps.

Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement, HDD-87-34, IR, dated December 16, 1987, or later FAA approved revision is required. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
