E dated October 21, 1991, for Configuration A, and HD412-00-0068, Rev. C dated May 23, 1988 for Configuration B. Later FAA approved revisions are acceptable.

FAA approved Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement HDD-87-22 Revision B, dated January 31, 1991, or later FAA approved revision is required. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
