Installation of hydraulic boost kit per Bell Kit Service Instruction – 203 Delete Item 3 on Pages 7 and 8, installation of Synchronized Elevator. On pages 25 and 26 delete parts listed under Synchronized elevator control system installation. Hydraulic Valve Support Drawing No. A071-69101 dated 4/5/71 required when single place cabin is installed in accordance with STC SH588SW.

Optional: Hydraulic irreversible valves may be installed per Bell S.I. 250 – Delete Item 4 on page 4 and Fig1.ure 4 on page 12.

This certificate and the supporting data, which is the basis for approval, shall remain in effect until surrendered, suspended, revoked or a termination date is otherwise established by the A dministrator of the F ederal A v iation A dministration.
