Installation of LED strobe anti-collision light in accordance with Drawing List 350A82-1176, Revision AP, dated 6/9/15 or later ODA approved revision. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA) 350MMS-030, Rev IR dated 25 June 2015 or later ODA or AED accepted revision is required.

Certification Basis:

Based on 14 CFR §§ 21.115 and 21.101 and the FAA policy for significant changes in FAA Order 8110.48A, the certification basis is the same as H9EU Rev. 26 dtd June 14, 2021.

Limitations and Conditions: (continued from sheet 2):

3. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

4. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
