Installation of Spectrolab SX-5 Starburst Searchlight in accordance with Rocky Mountain Helicopters, Inc.

Master Drawing List, MDL-011492, Revision B, dated February 13, 1994 or later FAA approved revision.

1. Approval of this change in type design applies to the above model rotorcraft only. This approval should not be extended to rotorcraft of this model on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated unless it is determined that the interrelationship between this change and any of those other previously approved modifications, including changes in type design, will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that rotorcraft. A copy of this certificate, and FAA approved Flight Manual Supplement dated February 4, 1992 or later FAA approved revision must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified rotorcraft.

2. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
