FAA approved Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement, Document No. CR-S76-9, Rev. A, dated 3/4/97, or later FAA approved revision is required. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness are contained in the Maintenance Manual, Document No.

85-02-101-2SM, Rev. D, dated 01/24/2012, or later FAA accepted revision. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
