Removal of Avco Lycoming TV0-435-B1B Engine, Turbocharger, and related parts; and the installation, in accordance with Scott Churchill Modification Instructions dated 2-12-82, of Avco Lycoming V0-435-A1F Engine modified in accordance with STC SE144GL, or later FAA approved revision.

1. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

2. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

This certificate and the supporting data, which is the basis for approval, shall remain in effect until surrendered, suspended, revo ked or a termination date is otherwise established by the A dministrator of the F ederal A viation A dministration.
