Limitations and Conditions: FAA Approved Rotorcraft Flight Manual (RFM) Supplement dated June 6, 1988, for 145-gallon capacity external auxiliary fuel tanks or RFM Supplement dated July 9, 1992, and for 140- gallon capacity external auxiliary fuel tanks, or later FAA approved revision is required. The inst aller must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission
