Installation of a liquid oxygen, air, vacuum, and electrical EMS systems in accordance with approved Heli-Dyne Drawing List HD365-00-007, Revision B dated March 29, 1989, or later FAA approved revision.

Data pertaining to this alteration are considered inadequate for duplication in other products. This approval is limited to the installation made in Aerospatiale Model SA 365N Serial No. 6061 only. Rotorcraft Flight Manual dated 3/30/89 or later FAA approved revision is required. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
