Limitations and Conditions: The approval of this change in type design applies to the above m odel aircraft only . This approval should not be extended to other aircraft of this m odel on which other approved modifications are incorporated, unless it is determ ined that the interrelationship between this change and any of those other previously approved modifications will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that aircraft. A copy of this certificate and FAA approved m odel list (AML) No.

SH8046NM, dated Decem ber 13, 1994, m ust be m aintained in the perm anent records of a helicopter modified in accordance with this STC. If the hol der agrees to perm it another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
