Installation of modified rear seat in accordance with Premier Aviation, Inc., drawing list MDL 100-13002, Rev. D, dated August 24, 1993, or later FAA approved revision.

FAA approved Flight Manual Supplement BHT-206B-FMS-33 dated October 5, 1993, or later FAA approved revision is required. This modification requires the installation of Fuel Cell Part Number 206-360-504-101 and Fuel Quantity Indicator Part Number 206-075-740-111. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
