Installation of a Shadin Company Digital Fuel Flow Indicator System in accordance with Shadin Company Report Number 4089, dated August 24, 1993 or Shadin Company Report 4089-2. Revision C, dated August 1, 1996, or later FAA approved revisions.

1) Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.

2) Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement for Bell Helicopter Model 222B or Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement for Bell Helicopter Models 222U, 230, 430, dated August 26, 1996, or later Faa Approved revision, is required onboard the modified rotorcraft.

3) If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
