1. Installation of 22-inch extension at float afterbody is to be in accordance with AOG Air Support Drawing No. AOG-04-01-01, dated September 6, 1995 or later Transport Canada approved revision.

1. Reserve buoyancy requirements permit maximum gross weight not to exceed

(a) 8200 pounds with afterbody extension only;

(b) 8367 pounds with afterbody extension and float deck floatation elements.

2. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

3. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
