Installation of Inframetrics IRTV-445G Infrared Imaging System in accordance with Paravion Technology Master Drawing List DL-269IR, Rev. A, dated September 18, 1992, FAA approved November 9, 1992 or later FAA approved revisions.

1. FAA approved Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement dated November 9, 1992, or later FAA approved revision is required.

2. The cockpit video monitor installation must be FAA approved.

3. Paravion Technology, Inc. Report No. 269IR-900M, "Inframetrics IRTV-445G System Installation Instructions" dated July 28, 1992, or later revision is a required part of this installation.

This approval should not be extended to aircraft of this model on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated unless it is determined that the interrelationship between this change and any of those other previously approved modifications, including changes in type design, will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that aircraft.

5. A copy of this Certificate, Continuation Sheet, and FAA Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement dated November 9, 1992, or later FAA approved revision, must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.
