1. Installation of VIP 87 Interiors P/N 6AB1AD008-001 must be in accordance with S.E.I. Servizi Elicotteristici Italiani SpA Owner's Manual Doc. No. 6AB1WNM-2-12, Rev. A, dated June 27, 2007, or later EASA approved revisions.

2. Operation must be in accordance with S.E.I. Servizi Elicotteristici Italiani SpA Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement Doc. No. 6AB1RFM-1-6, Rev. A, dated June 27, 2007, or later EASA approved revisions.

3. Maintenance must be in accordance with S.E.I. Servizi Elicotteristici Italiani SpA Owner's Manual Doc. No. 6AB1WNM-2-12, Rev. A, dated June 27, 2007, or later EASA accepted revisions.

2. Operation must be in accordance with the "Limitations" section of S.E.I. Servizi Elicotteristici Italiani SpA Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement referenced under the Description of the Type Design section.

3. This STC is applicable to all serial numbers for this Make/Model aircraft.

4. This STC is only applicable to the AB139 and AW139 helicopters equipped with the Agusta provision for VIP Cabin Interiors P/N 4G2520F01511.

Certification Basis:

Based on 14 CFR §§ 21.115 and 21.101, and the FAA policy for design changes that are identified as not significant in FAA Order 8110.48A, the certification basis for Leonardo S.p.a. Model AB139 and AW139 aircraft as follows:

a. The type certification basis for the aircraft is shown on TCDS R00002RD for parts not changed or not affected by the change.
