Installation of Inframetrics IRTV-445G Infrared Imaging System in accordance with Paravion Technology Master Drawing List DL-F28IR-100, dated September 7, 1993, FAA approved October 27, 1993 or later FAA approved revision.

1. FAA approved Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement dated November 3, 1993, or later FAA approved revision is required.

2. The cockpit video monitor installation must be FAA approved.

3. Paravion Technology, Inc. Report No. PR-F28IR-900M, "Inframetrics IRTV-445G System Installation Instructions" dated September 7, 1993, or later-revision is a required part of this installation.

This certificate and the supporting data which is the basis for ap proval shall remain in effect until surrendered, suspended, revoked, or a termination date is otherwise established by the Administrator of the Federal Aviation Administration.

4. This approval should not be extended to aircraft on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated unless it is determined that the interrelationship between this change and any of those other previously approved modifications, including changes in type design, will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of the aircraft.

5. A copy of this Certificate, Continuation Sheet, and FAA Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement dated November 3, 1993, or later FAA approved revision, must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.
