1. Installation of Geo-Physical Survey System must be done in accordance with Phoenix Aero Aviation Engineering Ltd. Master Drawing List MDL-PA-20-020, Revision Orig., Transport Canada Civil Aviation (TCCA) approved June 25, 2021, or later TCCA approved revision.

2. Operation must be done in accordance with Phoenix Aero Aviation Engineering Ltd. Flight Manual Supplement FMS-PA-20-020, Revision Orig., TCCA approved June 25, 2021, or later TCCA approved revision.

1. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

Description of Type Design Change (continued):

3. Maintenance must be done in accordance with Phoenix Aero Aviation Engineering Ltd. Instructions For Continued Airworthiness ICA-PA-20-020, Revision Original, dated June 23, 2021, or later TCCA accepted revision.

2. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

3. This STC is applicable to all serial numbers for the Make and Models.

Certification Basis:

Based on 14 CFR §21.115 and §21.101, and the FAA policy for design changes that are identified as not significant in FAA Order 8110.48, the certification basis for the Airbus Helicopters AS350B2, AS350B3, and AS350BA aircraft is as follows:

a. The type certification basis for the Airbus Helicopters AS350B2, AS350B3, and AS350BA for parts not changed or not affected by the change is shown on TCDS H9EU.

b. The type certification basis for the Airbus Helicopters AS350B2, AS350B3, and AS350BA for parts changed or affected by the change is shown on TCDS H9EU, including compliance with later amendment requirements for aircraft incorporating OP-3369 and OP-4605 modifications.
