This approval should not be extended to aircraft of this model on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated unless it is determined that the interrelationship between this change and any of those other previously approved modifications, including changes in type design, will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that aircraft.

3. Data pertaining to this modification are considered inadequate for duplication in other aircraft. This approval is limited to the installation in a Bell Helicopter 412 Serial Number 33178 only.

4. A copy of this Certificate, Continuation Sheet, and FAA Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement, dated June 14, 1994, or later FAA-approved revision, must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.
