Limitations and Conditions: The approval of this change in type design applies to the above model aircraft only when equipped with the Horizontal Composite Stabilizer. This approval should not be extended to other aircraft of this model on which other approved modifications are incorporated, unless it is determined that the interrelationship between this change and any of those other previously approved modifications will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that aircraft. A copy of this certificate and Approved Master Document List (MDL) No. 110-400, Revision C, dated February 22, 2001, or later approved MDL must be maintained in the permanent records of a helicopter modified in accordance with this STC. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
