Description of Type Design Change (continued):

2. Maintenance must be in accordance with Scandinavian Avionics Design Instructions for Continued Airworthiness No. 3000104-CA A, Issue 1, dated September 26, 2022, or later EASA accepted revisions.

3. Operation must be in accordance with Scandinavian Avionics Design Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement No. 3000104-AM A, Issue 1, dated July 10, 2023, or later EASA approved revisions.

2. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use the certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.

3. This STC is applicable to all serial numbers for this Make-Model.

4. Aircraft is to be operated in accordance with the "Operating Limitations" section of Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement referenced under description of type design change section of this STC.

Certification Basis:

Based on 14 CFR §21.115 and §21.101, and the FAA policy for changes that are not significant in FAA Order 8110.48A, the certification basis for this modification are as follows:

a. The type certification basis for the Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation S-92A rotorcraft is as shown on TCDS R00024BO for parts not changed or not affected by the change.

b. The type certification basis for the Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation S-92A rotorcraft is shown on TCDS R00024BO for parts changed or affected by the change.
