5. This modification requires installation of Leonardo S.p.a. rotorcraft option drawing 3G2620A06511 revision A, dated 07/28/2022, or later FAA approved revision.

6. This modification requires installation of Leonardo S.p.a. rotorcraft option drawing 3G2580A77211 revision D, dated 01/21/2021, or later FAA approved revision.

7. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

8. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of the permission.
